These wines start life in the cooler vineyards of Tubilla del Lago with clay- calcareous soils at an altitude of above 900 m. The wine has intense aromas and strong acidity. This wine is created as a result of a controlled low temperature and ageing in barrels This is the little brother of the family – amusing and dreamy!
– 100% Tinto Fino
– 8 days of maceration
– 8 – 9 months 90 % in French oak barrels and 10 % in American oak
– Temperature: 15 – 17ºC
– This is ideal paired with oily fish like tuna and salmon or roasts and a nice accompaniment to salads and snacks with mature cheeses.
